ReplyDeleteYes, our Dropzone tournament is on 8 July, but it's at Imperial Outpost in Glendale, AZ, which is the other FLGS in the Valley, quite far from where most of us regulars live, but thanks to Dropfleet there's been a resurgence in interest in Dropzone on the West Side, and we're trying to get everyone involved.
Dropfleet does take a long time to play, but you do get faster at it the more you play. So, play more! 8^D

Just wanted to add that I love the idea of a team DZC / DFC tournament (or narrative campaign weekend). Not that I've had a chance to play DFC yet, but it looks fantastic.
