Twitter and Critical Engagement 2015

Although I know you all thirst for more ‘actual’ Dropzone posts (don’t worry, this weekend something will be up, and you have a new podcast next week!) I have two big announcements in the meanwhile!

  

First up, we now have a Twitter account! We have been dry running entry into the Twittersphere (I checked with Techyboy 2000, and he said this term is correct) which has been met with moderate success! When I used to look at Twitter, I had literally no idea what I was doing and now I have a semblance of understanding; does anyone feel really old when they use Twitter? I’m only 28 but I feel so disconnected!

Anyway, why would you want to follow us? Well, plenty of reasons! We will post alerts to any big news and Dropzone gossip, give you brief reports of games we have throughout the week and post live pictures and updates on events that we are attending!

Next up is news of our third Tournament; Critical Engagement 2015

This is due to take place on Sunday 3^rd May and will be three games at 1500 points (clash). Tickets are £10. This is a little late notice (blame Sgt Slaughter for that) but we would love to see as many people as possible down, as we have space for as many games as we want! The whole OB crew will be down, and I will be refereeing the event.
